Today I would like to introduce you to Roger, Marcy, Zoe and Hannah Brunk. They play such an important role and I am so very thankful for them! They raise organic, pasture-raised, antibiotic & hormone free heritage hogs on their property and as you will see in this video, we learn more about how they take care of their happy, healthy pigs!

I know it's a little hard to hear, so maybe this will help.

Roger, how long have you been farming organic?

ā€œStarted transitioning the farm ground to organic in 2015 and was certified organic in 2017.ā€

Do you know what breed your pigs are?

ā€œThereā€™s old spot, Hamp,(Hampshire) York (Yorkshire) and some Hereford. A little bit off everything. All heritage breedsā€

Tell us a little bit about the feed that youā€™re feeding?

ā€œTheir feed ration is organic corn, organic roasted beans and then the swine nutribalancer mineralā€

Do you have any closing thoughts?

Marcy. ā€œeat more bacon!ā€

Zoey. ā€œAnd more pork chopsā€

Roger. ā€œplaning to have more next yearā€

Thank you Brunk Family for sharing some insights.

I especially liked when I asked Zoe what her favorite part is about raising pigs and she said, ā€œTasting them!ā€

What kind of pork is this?

The pigs are started by Little John near Richmond Indiana and fed GMO FREE corn, soy, and minerals. Roger and Marcy (our neighbors) get them at 5 to 8 weeks old and finish them out on pasture supplemented with organic corn, oats, and minerals. This is the cleanest local pork we have been able to find for you!

This Premium Pasture-raised Pork is free of any added Nitrates, Antibiotics, Hormones and Steroids. It is freezer-ready meat delivered from the pasture to your front door!

On the use of mRNA vaccines

It's finally time to sit down and write something about a topic I've been asked about many times over the last year -- the use of mRNA vaccines in cows and other animals.
