Beef heart is rich in folate, iron, zinc, and selenium. It is also a great source of vitamins B2, B6, and B12.

Beef heart is great when cooked quickly on the grill (try them on kabobs!) or seared in the pan. Grassfed heart is good in a beef stew to add another layer of flavor as well.
