For a 2 to 4 pound roast mix together
1 tablespoon each of Dry fresh ground Rosemary,
Dry granulated garlic,
Healthy salt and enough fresh ground black pepper to suit your taste.
For enhanced flavor rub it on the roast liberally 2 to 6 hours before roasting. Roast at 325° for 20 per pound minutes for medium-rare or for 25 minutes per pound for medium
