Simple Lamb Rub Recipe!

Ingredients
- (1 tbsp) Fresh ground dried rosemary
- (1 tbsp) Granulated garlic
- (1 tbsp) Your favorite type of table salt
- (Less than 1 tsp) Ground black pepper
- (1) Lamb Shoulder Roast
Directions
For a 2 to 4 pound Lamb Roast
Mix together:
1 tablespoon freshly ground dried Rosemary
1 tablespoon of granulated Garlic
1 tablespoon of healthy Salt
And enough freshly ground Black Pepper to suit your taste
For enhanced flavor, rub seasonings on roast liberally 2 to 6 hours before roasting.
Roast at 325° for 20 minutes per pound for medium-rare or for 25 minutes per pound for medium
