100% grass-fed beef kidney is an organ meat rich in vitamin B12, selenium, and heme iron. It also offers decent amounts of copper and zinc.

Beef kidney has a strong flavor, when cooking add chili heat, powerful herbs, such as rosemary and fresh sage, or Worcestershire sauce. Saute them quickly until just done.
