Also known as America's Fish Basket, Bristol Bay is the largest and most productive ecosystem for salmon in North America. Sockeye is one of the five species that spawn and rear in the watershed area. Our fish are all caught according to Alaskan quota standards.
Our sustainably-harvested fish comes from our friend, and your fisherman, Captain Tony. The team hand-fillets the fish as soon as it is caught. Afterward, the salmon is vacuum-sealed and flash frozen so you can taste the waters of Alaska with every bite.
Each package contains a 5-7 ounce meal for you to enjoy. Delivered straight from the farm to your doorstep at no extra cost (in the Greater Dayton Region) with orders of $75 or more. Salmon will still come with its skin, and it's your choice whether or not to remove it for cooking.
Grilled, baked or fried, this simple-to-make luxury food is also healthy. Add a pinch of salt and some lemon and dill, and you're good to go. If you're looking for mouth-watering flavor combos, add hollandaise sauce to our fish.
