Sockeye Salmon is extremely rich in omega 3 fatty acids which help to reduce blood pressure and ultimately reduce risk of strokes and heart attacks. Wild Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is also loaded with Vitamins B6, B12 and D, taurine, omega 3s, potassium and selenium.
Also known as America's Fish Basket, Bristol Bay is the largest and most productive ecosystem for salmon in North America. Sockeye is one of the five species that spawn and rear in the watershed area. Our fish are all caught according to Alaskan quota standards.
Our sustainably-harvested fish comes from our friend, and your fisherman, Captain Tony. The team hand-fillets the fish as soon as it is caught. Afterward, the salmon is vacuum-sealed and flash frozen so you can taste the waters of Alaska with every bite.
Each package contains a 5-7 ounce meal for you to enjoy. Salmon will still come with its skin, and it's your choice whether or not to remove it for cooking.
