Instant Pot Chicken Bone Broth

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Chicken Feet for Broth
- (1 back) Chicken Backs (click to read the bones description)
- (2 whole, chopped) Carrots
- (2 whole, chopped) Celery stalks
- (1 whole, quartered) Yellow onion
- (2 tsp) Sea salt
- (2 tbsp) Apple cider vinegar
- (1/4 tsp, optional) Black or white pepper
- (Enough to cover all ingredients) Filtered water
Directions
- Place the chicken feet, chicken backs, celery, carrots, onion, sea salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
- Pour in enough water to cover ingredients, making sure not to exceed the "Max Fill" line.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the "Sealing" position.
- Cook on high pressure for 2-4 hours, depending on how concentrated you want your broth to be.
- When the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15-20 minutes, then do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve immediately. Store extra broth overnight for a gelatinous mixture the next day!
