Instant Pot Chicken Bone Broth
Nutritious, gelatinous bone broth made from chicken backs and feet for sipping, stews and soups.

  1. Place the chicken feet, chicken backs, celery, carrots, onion, sea salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour in enough water to cover ingredients, making sure not to exceed the "Max Fill" line.
  3. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the "Sealing" position.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 2-4 hours, depending on how concentrated you want your broth to be.
  5. When the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15-20 minutes, then do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
  6. Open the lid and strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  7. Serve immediately. Store extra broth overnight for a gelatinous mixture the next day!
  8. Enjoy your nutritious chicken feet bone broth as a beverage or an addition to soups or stews!
