3/4 of a cup of Brags liquid aminos or soy sauce
3/4 of cup of Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Mix it all together and marinate the steak in it overnight.
Note: you do not want to overcook this steak!
When we did it we seared it at about 400° for 2 minutes on each side. Then we moved it off of the direct heat and did it for another 8 minutes on each side or to about 125° internal temperature. Then stuck it in the oven on warm to rest till we were ready to eat. It ended up being medium/well. So you may want to pull it off at 118 or 120° so it could be even a little more rare if you like it that way.
